With over 22 years of practice in holistic health, her focus is to bridge the gap between Western and complementary medicine and to help find and address the underlying cause of imbalances instead of numbing or repressing symptoms. Panilla’s areas of interest include emotional health; anxiety and stress, musculoskeletal pain management, headaches/migraines, digestive disorders and insomnia. She supports female reproductive health including period problems (PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, etc.) and fertility. When not in the clinic, Panilla enjoys practising yoga, cooking nutritious meals and walking her dogs. She has been teaching physical movement therapy since 2000 and has been practising soft tissue therapy since 2011. Being a member of the British Acupuncture Council means that the training is to the highest standards and assures that all ethical, clinical and strict safety guidelines are met (only sterile disposable single-use needles are used). As a BAcC registered professional, Panilla Acupuncture is recognised by most insurance companies and maintains professional competence through continuous development courses and mentorships.
