Laura Phillips
Sports Therapy and remedial massage.
Laura graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 after completing a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science. She then completed her original Sports Massage course which was followed up with her graduating from North London School of Sports Massage with distinction in her BTEC5 Sports and Remedial Massage.
Laura is a full member of the Sports Massage Association. As well as Sports Massage Laura has qualified with Burrell Education in Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage.
Laura has experience working with a wide range of clients from London Scottish Rugby Club, High performance rowers at Thames rowing club, providing onsite treatments in offices, working with disabled athletes and military personnel.
Laura is a keen rower, having competed in gymnastics growing up, she now focuses most of her training around rowing with sessions 6 days a week.
Laura has qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, Taping and Strapping and Instrument assisted soft tissue release which gives a rounded treatment approach. Whether you are rehabilitating an injury requiring taping support and exercises, are looking to improve your sports performance, or purely looking to reduce stress and tension Laura has the tools to help.
